Appearance Suggestions --
Please make your characters look like their parents. I'm not saying that they have to look exactly like their parents, that would be silly. However, try to pick models that have the same color of hair as one of their parents, the same eye color, and if you can somehow get mother/daughter and father/son pairs, that would be awesome, too.
Do remember that black and brown hair are dominant while blonde and red hair is recessive. There should be more people with brown hair and blonde hair than black or red, however, as black hair and red hair tend to be rare.
Do not let your characters have orange, turquoise, violet, pink, etc. colored eyes. The only one that should have eyes of an abnormal color is Lord Voldemort whose eyes as everyone knows are red.
Not everyone should have black eyes, come on. The only people that had them in the books were Snape and Hagrid. Most people should have brown, blue, or hazel. In rare cases should they have green or black. If they are albino, I will allow them to have red eyes, but only if they're albino or Lord Voldemort. Do keep in mind that even most albinos don't have red eyes, but rather pale blue.
Also, not everyone should be six foot six or six foot two, even.o everyone should not be extremely tall, if you have a tendency of making your characters tall you will be warned.
Do not have Chinese or Japenese models unless one or both of your characters parents are Chinese, Japenese, Korean, etc. I'm sorry, but that's a little impossible otherwise. I have seen people do it before, though. So please don't.
If there are specifics for their eye color/hair color/skin color on the Wizarding List then you'd best follow it. I didn't put it up there for my own health.
Remember, this is not a teen scene queen rp. We do not want your characters dressing like emos, goths, etc. Maybe if they were in Muggle London but not at Hogwarts seeing as most of the students don't know all that much about muggles -- there shouldn't be a ton of muggle references in their posts and this includes their appearance, as well.
Please do not use models with pink hair, blue hair, or any other crazy hair color. Wizards and witches don't use dye in their hair and it would be doubtful that they'd allow their children to do so, either. Unless the student was from a muggle family and even then, we don't want to see crazy colors.
USE MODELS THAT REFLECT YOUR CHARACTER'S AGE! We don't need twenty year olds that look sixty or sixty year olds that only look twenty! I realize that no one wants to play a hag, but there are actresses and actors that age gracefully or look well for their age. So, I'm sorry, but make your model look your character's age. If you don't, well, then I will make you change your celeb from the very start. So save us both a headache.

I know that your actor/actress/model may look perfect, but they are not. Your character must have flaws, it's a part of the application in which everyone must fill out. If you leave it blank I will not accept you. Plain and simple, everyone has flaws. I'm not saying that everyone has to look like a monster, but at the same time, not everyone is absolutely perfect in every way, either.
Do not by any means make them sound exactly like some superstar or model that you read about in a magazine. It will make me want to kick you and rip my eyes out. That's not a very nice experience for anyone. Seriously, Mary-Sues and Gary-Stu's suck.
These were written by Linda, take them and she will have Fenrir Greyback rip out your throat. You've been warned. Seriously, though, plagiarism is against the law. Mkay? Thanks.[/center]
